Can I book via my Travel Management Company?

Yes we provides a fully integrated solution to Travel Management Companies and their clients. We have a wide range of TMC partners. Visit our dedicated page to find out if we are already connected to your TMC. Alternatively, our TMC Relationship Manager will be happy to advise on how we can integrate with your TMC.

Will I need to create an account?

Yes, in order to book corporate transport you will need to set up an account with us. Getting set up is quick and simple. You can then manage all your businesses transport and accommodation requirements with ease.

How do you manage the organisation's Travel Policy?

CMAC solution ensures you are complying with your Travel Policy. You can be confident that you have total control over your bookings. At booking stage, limits can be set that are advisory. This alerts the user if the request is outside of policy, or restrictive. This then prevents the booking from being made. The system can restrict several booking factors including: • Journey distance • Journey value • Vehicle types • Cost centre restrictions
