Yes, it is possible to upgrade the vehicle type, however this depends on the policy implemented by the client. If the price of the vehicle exceeds the price limit that has been set then the booking will not complete.

What if my customers journey is delayed or cancelled?

We understand sometimes you may need to amend or cancel your booking. Rest assured, our dedicated team are on hand 24/7/365 to assist you. Simply quote your unique booking reference number to make changes. Cancellations are free up to 10 days prior to the journey. After this time, please note a cancellation fee will apply.
