Can I modify my ground transport booking or cancel the request/s?
Transport can be modified or cancelled within our transport booking platform at any point, until you have been provided with an estimated time of arrival. We’re currently unable to modify bookings that have an estimated time of arrival. When a booking is made using a card, a holding payment will be taken and then the full payment will go through once the job is completed. Please double check your request and that the card associated with the booking is able to cover the cost. If you do need to amend your booking, please update this in the booking platform as soon as possible.
Can I talk to someone if I need help with a booking?
